The 1st DJ Club EXCO 2009 has announced in October 2009 that they are stepping down as the year is drawing to an end. Hence, it is almost time for the new members to start casting their votes for their next generation of leaders.
Outgoing President, Damian Cheong, who also designed the concept of the 'Election and Appointment 2010' expressed that he is indeed confident about looking forward to the next-gen of EXCO Members.
In addition, the 2nd DJ Club EXCO 2010 will be revised this time round and thus the positions of Vice-President and Treasurer will be excluded from the committee.
The 2010 DJ Club (ITE College Central) EXCO Election and Appointment Meeting will take place at the campus of ITE College Central (Bishan) at class B2-07 (Communications Hub) from 1530 HOURS to approximately 1730 HOURS.
Results will be announced to the entire CCA live on FRIDAY, 06 November 2009 through word-of-mouth and various kinds of media platforms as well.
VOTING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Election & Appointment will be executed only on ONE DAY, that is on the 06 NOV 2009 at the campus of ITE College Central (Bishan).
- Each nominated candidate must be present on 06 NOV 2009.
- Each current member, excluding the 1st DJ Club EXCO 2009, is eligible to vote and is only entitled to cast ONE VOTE.
- Members may vote for themselves, on condition they enter a valid written comment which will then be subjected for approval by the 1st DJ Club EXCO 2009.
- Only the first vote that was submitted will be processed.
- Nil or spoil votes will be banned and will not be taken into consideration.
- Any vote that shall be submitted before or after 06 NOV 2009 is a spoil vote.
- Voting will be done in the form of hard-copy and this soft-copy e-Form serves as a contingency plan and shall only be activated by the 1st DJ Club EXCO 2009 when necessary.
- 1st DJ Club EXCO 2009 reserves the right to disqualify any votes at any point at its own discretion.
- 1st DJ Club EXCO 2009 shall not be responsible for any discrepancies.
- 1st DJ Club EXCO 2009 shall remain as an adviser to the 2010 Election & Appointment.
- 1st DJ Club EXCO 2009's decision is final.
